Wizard LEC core program pricing - Tuition, Books & Fees

• Application Fee - $0
• Placement Test Fee - $0
• New Student Registration Fee - $20
• Books - $130 to $190 per class, most classes are $130 to $150.
• Tuition: (regular group classes are based on $9.75 per hour of study)

BCE Basic English Courses Pricing

All six basic levels - Basic Beginner to Level 5
$250 for 12 weeks or 50 hours
$25 Registration New Student Fee 
Books are $60 per level
* BCE basic student tuition plans require a $50 deposit at registration.  Book cost can not be combined with a tuition plan.
(BCE basic courses are based on a class of a minimum of 8 students and an hourly class rate of $5.00 per hour of instruction)

BCE Accelerated Upper Intermediate & Advanced Integrated ESL Courses

$375 for 15 weeks or 60 hours - 10 weeks (meets twice a week for 3 hours)
$25 New Student Registration Fee
Books and Materials are $75 to $150 per level, includes Criterion Writing Software.
(BCE Accelerated courses are based on a class minimum of 6 students and an hourly rate of $6.25 an hour of instruction)

BCE Writing for Success - Guided Independent Writing Course

One year Criterion Access (and or Writing in English) and Instructor support including email, live chat and in-person meetings.  No text book required.  This course is customized for each student. 
$350 for new/not currently enrolled students        $250 for currently enrolled students

Introduction to Windows for ESL Learners

This price includes instruction, resources packet, access to an online classroom.
24 hours of instruction, $200 for new/not currently enrolled students      $165 for currently enrolled students

Speaking & Listening Classes: Oral Fluency

Levels 1 & 2 (beginner & intermediate) are 40 hours of instruction - $280 or $230 for currently enrolled students.
Level 3 is 60 hours of instruction and $585 or $435 for currently enrolled students.  This course includes the cost of the paper TEOFL practice test, TOEFL writing and College Transfer workshops.

Improving writing with US History & Culture series – Online

Online Text, Online Classroom, Criterion Software included.
60 hours each (some students may need to invest more time)
$200.00 or $175.00 for current Wizard or BCE students

Writing for Success – guided studies – Online option

Includes support from the instructor via email, instant message, online classroom, phone or office hours.  Criterion software included.  Text but not required.  Students have up to one year to complete their custom syllabus.

Introduction to Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages - Online

100 hours -12.5 weeks.  Online Text included.  Must have access to the internet, a library, a video device or web cam or PowerPoint or the ability to create a slide show.  Must be located where you have access to observe and tutor ESL students (any age).  Observation & Tutoring can be arranged for students local to Philadelphia.  This course requires an 8 hour a week investment from students.
$250.00 or $200.00 for current Wizard or BCE students

Grammar for New Teachers (English) - Online

Online text, 100% online classroom.  Includes support from the instructor via email, instant message, online classroom, phone or office hours.  This course is for all new ESL teachers it reviews the basics of grammar while showing you how to teach it!  40 hours
$150.00 or $100.00 for current Wizard or BCE students

BCE Brazilian Portuguese – 5 levels of integrated Skills Portuguese

Levels 1 – 5 are 60 hours or 15 weeks each. 
Small group classes with 4 - 6 students are $475
Regular group classes with a minimum of 7 students are $400
Book cost varies by level but ranges from about $60 to $150

Youth Programs

Youth Language and Culture Programs for school age children (not test prep)
Youth Language and Culture Programs are based on a minimum of 8 students.
If a smaller class size is requested the price may be adjusted.
$350 for 80 hours of instruction.  Book and material cost range from $0 to $75
